Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the international shipping costs and the nature of trading cards (to prevent item swapping), we have a strict return and refund policy. Please read below before making a purchase.
1. All Sales are Final (No Customer Returns) We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "customer convenience" (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong member/version, or minor factory-printing line defects on the back of the card).
2. Wrong Items or Missing Items If you received the wrong card or an item was missing from your order, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement.

Requirement: To process your claim, you MUST provide an unedited unboxing video starting from before the package is opened, clearly showing the shipping label and the entire opening process. Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Timeline: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Damaged or Lost Packages (During Transit) All orders are shipped via Japan Post Registered Small Packet (Tracked & Insured).

If your package arrives severely damaged or is officially declared lost by the postal service, a refund will be processed through the Japan Post insurance system.

Please note that we cannot compensate for minor dents or scratches on the outer envelope/packaging that do not affect the trading card inside.
4. Customs Rejections and Unclaimed Packages If your package is returned to Japan because:

You refused to pay local customs duties/taxes (VAT/GST/SST).

You failed to pick up the package from the local post office within the holding period.

You provided an incorrect shipping address or failed to provide required tax IDs (PCCC for South Korea / CPF for Brazil). In these cases, the original shipping fee is completely non-refundable. We will only refund the item cost after deducting any return shipping fees charged to us by the postal service.
