Shipping Policy & International Tax Notice

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read the following international shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post Standard International Shipping (Tracked Small Packet).

  • Asia (South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, etc.): 5–10 Business Days

  • North America (USA, Canada): 10–20 Business Days

  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 8–15 Business Days

  • South America (Brazil, etc.): 14–30 Business Days Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country's customs clearance and local postal service.

2. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees (Very Important) All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that the item price and shipping cost DO NOT include any local taxes or customs duties.

  • EU & UK Customers: You will be required to pay local VAT (Value Added Tax) and postal handling fees upon delivery.

  • Singapore & Malaysia Customers: Local taxes (GST/SST) may apply depending on the order value. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot understate the value of items or mark packages as "gifts" to avoid taxes.

3. Country-Specific Requirements (Required at Checkout) If you are shipping to the following countries, you MUST provide the required identification number at checkout. Failure to do so will result in your package being rejected by customs or returned to Japan.

  • South Korea: Please provide your PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) in the address line or order notes.

  • Brazil: Please provide your CPF (Tax ID) number. Packages without a valid CPF will be automatically returned or destroyed by Brazilian customs.

4. Returns and Unclaimed Packages If a package is returned to Japan because it was unclaimed, the buyer refused to pay local taxes/duties, or an incorrect address/ID was provided, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Any additional return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
